Announcing WebPrint (Off-Campus access to CedarPrint)

CedarPrint has become a popular printing option for on-campus students with laptop computers. Now, thanks to the new WebPrint option, off-campus students can take advantage of CedarPrint convenience too (no prior setup required). WebPrint works on campus also for both student laptops and University computers.

WebPrint instructions are provided to get you started. You access WebPrint using an Internet browser and typing cedarville.edu/webprint (use your CedarNet login credentials).

University Computer Update – 8am Friday, December 6 (Restart Required)

This update only affects faculty and staff computers and University computers in the residence halls.

Beginning at 8:00 am Friday morning, December 6, Information Technology will start pushing out an update to University computers that will require a restart of your system to complete. It may take several hours for all computers to be prompted to update. Make sure you save your work often during the day on Friday, so that your work is protected.

When your system finishes the required update, allow the computer to restart, then you can log back in and continue working. You will have an option to postpone the restart for a certain amount of time. If you do not choose to postpone, the system will automatically restart after 5 minutes.

As always, please contact Information Technology if you have any additional questions or concerns. We are happy to help!
