Scheduled Maintenance – Wed. 1/21 from 6:00-7:30 a.m.
The Redwood server will be taken down for scheduled maintenance tomorrow morning at 6:00 a.m.
Affected Technology Services
The following technology services will be unavailable during the maintenance period:
– CedarInfo (including the time card transaction)
– Colleague
– CUCMS
– Informer
– WebAdvisor
– Any other system that accesses Redwood to retrieve real-time data.
We expect that these services will be available again by 7:30 a.m. as long as everything goes according to plan. If you experience any difficulties after the maintenance is completed, please submit an online IT request. If you have other technology questions, please give the information technology office a call 937-766-7905.
