The patent title follows: \u201cAnitbodies That Bind Human Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Beta (HPTP-SS) and Uses Thereof.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-18 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.cedarville.edu\/benchmarx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Simpson.png\" alt=\"Simpson\" width=\"70\" height=\"90\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.cedarville.edu\/benchmarx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Simpson.png 196w, https:\/\/blogs.cedarville.edu\/benchmarx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Simpson-120x155.png 120w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 70px) 100vw, 70px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Denise Simpson<\/strong>, Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, received the 2017 Faculty Excellence Award from the Southwestern Ohio Council for Higher Education. She will be recognized by the organization on November 3 at the Dayton Art Institute. Dr. Simpson is the first recipient from the School of Pharmacy to win this award.
