Cedarville University\u2019s normal operations and maintenance program should address any deterioration of the facilities before they become a leak or a problem. Pipeline leakage caused by outside forces (i.e., digging into the underground pipeline and damaging it) can be prevented by calling Cedarville University maintenance department before any digging, whether planting flowers, installing a signpost, etc., is done within the campus.
