Getting an immediate answer is easier now with the Library’s new chat service. We are launching a digital chat feature this year as part of our Research Center to make it easier for students to get help with research. Look for the Ask Us button on the library website or visit our Ask-A-Librarian page.
When you start a chat, you will be connected with a research specialist at the library to help you with your project, research, or library question. The chat feature will be available during the same time frame as the Research Center: 11 AM-5pm and 6-10 PM Monday through Thursday, 11 AM to 5 PM on Fridays, and 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM on Sundays.
