NuRay Radiology / Mercy Fairfield Hospital (April 5, 2010)
Medical X-Ray, Inc. / Good Samaritan Hosptial (May 1, 2010)
Northeast Radiology / Bethesda North Hospital (May 1, 2010)
These groups will be considered out of network as of the dates indicated above.
