Millennium Advisory Services will be on campus​​ Tuesday, February 6th​​ through​ Thursday, February 8th ​​to meet individually​​ with interested employees. ​

A group session will also be available to include a Lunch and Learn presentation on “​​The Features and Benefits of your Retirement Plan”.

  • Benefits of the current plan
  • Retirement plan investment menu
  • Options available to help employees

​​Financial advisors will be available to meet with employees who are interested in​ the following services​:

  • Receiving answers to any questions pertaining to the Cedarville retirement plan
  • ​​Going through Millennium’s financial planning process offered to all employees
  • Reviewing and updating a financial plan that has previously been created for you
  • Retaining Millennium for professional fee-based investment management of their retirement plan account(s)

Millennium Advisory Services is a registered investment advisory firm that specializes in working with higher education institutions and their employees, providing education and advice services to retirement plan participants. In keeping with Department of Labor regulations and best practices, Cedarville has retained Millennium to provide these services to our employees.

All Cedarville employees are offered the opportunity to meet privately with an advisor to go through Millennium’s financial planning process and receive a personalized financial plan. This goal-based financial planning process is intended to help provide guidance on issues such as how much you should be saving for retirement, how your retirement account should be invested, and whether you are on track to reach your personal retirement goals.

This service is provided by Cedarville at no cost to employees​. ​Spouses/significant others are encouraged to participate as well.

Millennium Advisory Services and TIAA will be on campus in early February offering retirement education seminars and advisory opportunities for Cedarville University employees.

An employee Lunch and Learn, as well as individual appointments, will be offered to employees interested in discussing the Cedarville University Retirement Plan, financial planning needs and goals, and services available to Cedarville employees.

2018 Open Enrollment

The University’s 2018 Open Enrollment period for health insurance, dental insurance, and section 125 flexible spending plan begins November 1, 2017 and will close at noon on November 14, 2017.

The online CedarInfo enrollment site allows you to re-enroll with the same level of coverage, make changes to your current coverage, or waive coverage for any of the offered benefits.

It is important that all eligible employees participate in Open Enrollment to ensure benefit elections are accurate and effective beginning January 1, 2018.  Failure to elect coverage will forfeit any opportunity to select new benefit options for 2018.
