Management and Supervisory Skills Training Initiative

University Human Resources is pleased to announce a training initiative for all Cedarville University managers and supervisors.  The first two sessions, “The Hiring Process” and “Benefit Basics” generated valuable group discussions and sharpened the skills of those in attendance.

UHR facilitates the training sessions during the noon hour as a brown bag lunch and learn.  UHR provides beverages and a dessert.

All university managers and supervisors are encouraged to register for and attend the upcoming sessions.  UHR will distribute registration announcements for each training session.

Open Enrollment for 2017

Open Enrollment for 2017 Benefits begins November 1, 2016

 

Each fall, the University offers an Open Enrollment period for health insurance, dental insurance and Section 125 Flexible Spending for the coming year.  The online enrollment site will allow you to re-enroll with the same level of coverage, make changes to your current coverage, or waive coverage for any of the offered benefits.

It is important that all eligible employees participate in Open Enrollment to ensure benefit elections are accurate and effective beginning January 1, 2017. 

  • Open Enrollment begins on Tuesday, November 1, 2016
  • Open Enrollment closes at Noon on Monday, November 14, 2016
