College can be tough … really, really tough. There’s no sugarcoating it.
When I was in high school, the idea of going to college got me excited. But I wasn’t sure how to get from Point A (high school graduation) to Point B (actually attending college).
If you’ve been loosely following Cedarville the last few months, you have probably seen the three letters S, G, and A pop up often.

‘The Big Crash’ came with midterms of fall semester my sophomore year.
College was always something I was anticipating, so pulling in to visit Cedarville for the first time was something I was looking greatly forward to. When I visited Cedarville in the spring of 2018, I was blown away.
You’re in the final stretch of your drive, and for the most part all you’ve seen in every direction is fields of corn and rows of soybeans, maybe a farmhouse every now and again. But, don’t worry! You’re not stranded out here — far from it — and you don’t need a car to find a good time. Dayton and Columbus are great, but even in our little town of Cedarville, there’s plenty of things to keep you busy!
When I was accepted by Cedarville, I was scared. Not for the reasons that one would assume a freshman would be fearful of.
