Work Adjusted

As our work is being adjusted and we rethink how we will fulfill on our mission, we hope to assist you along with the other resources being made available throughout the University.

  • cu@HOME – here you’ll find a list of University-specific resources to help you as you work remotely (thank you to our friends in IT)
  • Getting Started with Remote Learning – here you’ll find tools to equip you to successfully deliver remote learning (thank you to our friends in the CTL)

What about the launch of Dayforce?… Glad you asked. Here is the official announcement (3/13/2020).

The implementation of the University’s new payroll and benefits system called Dayforce is being delayed during this time as the University makes a quick pivot to online education delivery.

In the meantime, all hourly employees (full-time, part-time, student) should continue to log hours using the CedarInfo timecard process.

Dayforce “Getting Started” training sessions will soon be available online in preparation for a new launch date (be watching your email).

Also, as we work behind the scenes to complete the Dayforce implementation, we will soon be verifying direct deposit data. In the coming days, all employees will see a small test transaction of less than $1 deposited and withdrawn from your account. This test is known as a “Pre-note” and not fraudulent activity.

As always, the UHR team is here to assist you. Feel free to contact us at hr@cedarville.edu or 937-766-7885
