Internet Explorer Browser – Security Issues

Information technology recently learned that Internet Explorer has a serious security hole that may make your computer vulnerable to malware or even identity theft.Information technology recommends that you discontinue using Internet Explorer and use a different web browser until the bug is fixed. Internet Browser Alternatives

University computers: Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome web browsers are both available on University computers. You may already have a shortcut to these two browsers on your computer desktop or in your lower taskbar. If not, you can locate the alternate browsers under All Programs (from the Start button).

Personal or home computers: You may download an alternate browser for your self-provided computer or home computer using one of the following links.
