AV/IT will be selling used projectors and flat screen TV’s. These are from various classrooms and other locations that were upgraded this summer. Listed below are some links pointing to Google Forms with specific models we have for sale. Please note some that some of the forms have a link included which will take you to the manual for that particular model. If there is not a link, please search via Google the model number for additional information.
If you are interested in putting your “name in a hat” for an opportunity to purchase one of these items, please fill out the form for that particular model. Please be advised: To create an opportunity for all interested individuals, only one piece of equipment per winner will be allowed. For example a single individual cannot win both a projector and a flat screen TV. If your name is drawn for multiple items, you will be provided an opportunity to choose your item.
Please note: Individuals who enter the drawing for a non-profit organization can submit a second request for a personal chance at equipment; however, the party for whom the drawing was submitted cannot be swapped once the drawing is complete.
The forms will be open starting now and will close on August 18th. The drawings will happen shortly afterward and an email will notify the winners in order to begin scheduling sale pickup dates.
