ServeCU is Cedarville’s new and improved Information Technology Request (ITR) system which will be launched on Monday, Jan. 22, 2018. ServeCU is built on TeamDynamix which is a comprehensive web-based system designed for colleges and universities to manage requests for services, reporting and resolving problems, project management, and knowledge base articles in an integrated manner.
ServeCU will allow Information Technology staff to better manage requests that you submit while also giving you visibility into these requests. You will have access to an integrated portal that will allow you to easily view your service requests, problem tickets, and project requests and immediately see their current status.
ITRs currently in process will be completed through the existing ITR system. All new Information Technology Requests will be created in the new ServeCU system. The CedarInfo link “Information technology request” under “CAMPUS SERVICES” will direct users to the new ServeCU page that presents catalog of services.
