ENS and HGC Network Maintenance This Week
The network in the ENS first floor engineering labs (ENS 115-118) will be down from 1:00-4:00 PM on Tuesday, June 19 and in the History and Government Center building (HGC) from 1:00-4:00 PM on Thursday, June 21 for maintenance. Information Technology technicians will perform network closet work during this time and network connectivity will be interrupted in these locations.
For advance planning, the following locations have scheduled network maintenance as listed below. Network connectivity will be interrupted per the following dates and times:
Operations Center Barn: Tuesday, June 26 from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Engineering Project Labs Building: Thursday, June 28 from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Milner Building: Monday, July 2 from 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Callan Building (Southeast end): Thursday, July 5 from 5:00 – 10:00 PM
End of Fiscal Year IT Purchases submitted by Friday, June 22
Information Technology is requesting all purchases requested through IT for the current Fiscal Year be submitted by this Friday, June 22 to ensure delivery by June 30. IT purchase requests can be submitted via the ServeCU Service Catalog and select “Office Devices.” Please submit purchase requests as soon as possible to initiate conversation and planning.
