Password expired? Forgot your password? Who do you call? No one! You can reset your own password with Information Technology’s new self-service password reset procedure. You can reset a forgotten or expired password using a phone number or your alternate email address. Go to cedar.to/passwordreset for details on this new automated process. If you experience difficulties with resetting your password, call the IT Help Desk at 937-766-7905 and a Help Desk representative will assist you.
