The print server that retains CedarPrint print jobs had to be restarted by Information Technology late this afternoon. As a result all print jobs in the CedarPrint queue were deleted. We apologize for any inconvenience.
What Should I Do Now?
If you have not already printed out your document, you will need to resend your print job to CedarPrint, however; your print quota will only be reduced when the print job is actually printed.
