Redwood Server Maintenance – TODAY!
A final reminder that the following University systems and services will be unavailable starting at 3:00 p.m. today (Friday, 7/17):
- CedarInfo (including timecards, financial aid, online registration, parking permit, student accounts)
- Colleague (all Redwood systems, transactions, screens and reporting. Includes student planning and web advisor)
- CUCMS (contact management system)
- Informer
- Work Order System
The Information Systems and Services team will be migrating the Redwood server to new hardware beginning at 3:00 p.m. today (Friday, 7/17). The migration will take approximately nine to twelve hours and during this time any system or service that derives its data from the Redwood server will not function.
